1. Authenticity & Hallmark Standards
All gold jewellery created and distributed by Ashraf Jewellers is hallmarked in compliance with certified Pakistani standards (21 Karat is verified at 87.5% gold purity, 22 Karat at 91.6% purity). Weight and purity certificates are issued with every precious metal transaction.
2. Luxury Horology Guarantee
All watches sold through our boutique are guaranteed 100% authentic and original. We do not sell replicas, grey-market refurbished counterfeits, or uncertified movements. Each timepiece is supplied with its original manufacturer packaging and serial authentication card.
3. Pricing & Market Fluctuation
Due to the dynamic nature of international bullion markets and currency exchange, gold pricing is subject to revision based on real-time Karachi Sarafa Bazaar bullion rates at the time of final invoice settlement.
4. WhatsApp Direct Ordering Terms
When ordering through WhatsApp direct, order reservations remain valid for 24 hours pending transfer verification. Dispatch proceeds immediately upon receipt of proof of payment.
